This discussion focuses on the challenges and opportunities associated with building relationships with emerging market consumers in BRIC, CIVETS, and beyond. While mobile phones may play a part in the solution, technology alone isn't going to be the answer.
We'll talk about our successes and failures combining mobile technology, word-of-mouth marketing, and culturally relevant custom engagement strategies across dozens of emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Additionally, we'd also like to learn from other Stream participants' experiences who are starting to attempt to directly engage with these "Next Billion" consumers across the world.
