About Stream

What is Stream?

Stream is a global calendar of world-class media and technology events hosted by WPP Digital. The purpose: to learn from and contribute to the freshest thinking about the future of technology and communications. Recently named by Wired Magazine one of the “World’s Best Tech Conferences,” Stream is listed alongside SXSW and TED as one of the “ultimate meetings of the minds” (Wired, March 2011).

The format of the event follows the ‘un-conference’ model with limited keynote speeches and PowerPoint presentations; instead participants are invited to take part in discussions on the latest industry topics in communications and technology. Stream is hosted by Sir Martin Sorrell, CEO of WPP and Yossi Vardi, internet investor and founder of Kinnernet. Attendance is free, but by invitation only.

The next Stream event will be Stream Asia 2012 (8-11 March 2012, Phuket, Thailand) followed by Stream 2012 (20-23 September 2012, Athens, Greece).
