The idea of Stream is simple. Everyone attending must participate in some way. Whether that’s a discussion topic, workshop idea, gadget, performance piece or an extraordinary culinary delight. You chose.

Over the coming weeks the wiki will bloom with a hundred fresh ideas. Once on site, you’ll be able to pick a time for your session on the big boards and meet the Director who hosts that activity. It’s then over to you to coach, teach, entertain & inspire.

For information on specific sessions, please see the side menu. If you find something that takes your fancy, and you’d like to get involved, simply login, add your name next to the activity, and indicate how you’d like to be involved.

For those who want to take a more intimate role, we also welcome volunteers for special core Stream Team positions. We have a couple of lovely roles that help you meet a lot of people very quickly. Whether that’s helping photograph delegates with a Polaroid camera at reception, helping with backstage antics, working with the team to film and record the event or special niche projects. Note: We are happy to supply sellotape, crayons, biros and flipcharts from the Stream Stationary cupboard. If you do need to bring any special materials or props for your session/performance, you will need to bring them with you or arrange delivery in advance.
